Rick is responsible for the day-to-day running of Action 21 and reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Amy manages the whole programme of volunteering with Action 21. She recruits volunteers for Action 21’s huge range of projects, works with staff to develop new roles and provides excellent support for volunteers.

Ben divides his time between shop managing and working on new re-use ideas for Action 21.

Eleanor Perkins Marketing and General Assistant, 01926 453030

As well as generally assisting with staff and projects, Eleanor manages the website and membership programme and looks after the marketing side of the organisation.

Kate works with schools and young people’s groups to help them live more sustainably in fun and exciting ways.

Kristie makes sure that Action 21’s business activities all run smoothly, and she’s responsible for the re-use operations across the organisation.

Laura Colebrook Bicycle Projects Officer, 01926 886438 

Laura is getting Leamington on wheels! She recently joined the Action 21 team and is responsible for running the Bicycle Workshop, Dr Bike and any other bike projects that come up.

Louise Male Community Allotment Project Manager, 01926 453030 and Relief Shop Manager, 01926 426369/886438

Louise is bringing the allotment at Dobson Lane to life, using her background in art to make it a beautiful, vital place. Louise also does a couple of days a month at our re-use shops.

Neil is another of our shop managers, looking after our two re-use shops and volunteered with Action 21 for a long time before getting this job.

Sam Walby Interim Energy Manager, 01926 453030

Sam is responsible for the successful delivery of the Solar 300 Challenge and Sydenham Community Insulation Project. He says: "With the onset of anthropogenic climate change, I believe that practical leadership through projects such as the two I am managing are not only a way to help the environment but also to help vulnerable people. By engaging with the community we can build a better natural and social environment for everyone."

Stuart Chalmers Van Driver, 01926 4886438

Stuart helps move furniture between our two shops and carries out deliveries and collections in the big, red, second-hand van.

Steve is one of our team of wonderful shop managers who keep our two re-use shops going. He’s been involved with Action 21 for many years with different hats on.
